Notary Public Services
The Town Clerk provides Notary Public services free of charge to residents of Easton.

The Town Clerk does not provide notary services for mortgage closings, as these take a considerable amount of time to complete. Please check local banks for this type of service.
For notarizations, the Town Clerk will require a current picture ID, such as a driver’s license or state ID card. For minors who do not have a driver’s license or state ID, the Town Clerk will accept a certified birth certificate plus either a signed social security card or a current signed hunting or fishing license.
Do not sign until the Town Clerk sees the document. The document MUST be printed in the English language.
